About Owed

Owed is a consumer software product that helps people discover class action settlements they may qualify for, estimate what those settlements could be worth, and prepare and track claims.

When companies settle lawsuits over data breaches, overcharges, false advertising, and similar issues, courts set aside money for affected customers. Most of it goes unclaimed. Owed surfaces the settlements that match you and helps you file before deadlines pass.

We are not a law firm, not your attorney, and not a settlement administrator. Nothing on Owed is legal advice. Payouts are determined and distributed solely by court-appointed administrators.
